Material: The big and small arms are made of high-strength alloy plates. The iron pipes on the arms are made of national standard cold-drawn seamless pipes. The pins are made of 40Cr. The bushings driven into the base of the big arms are made of brass and refined copper sleeves.
Product process: bevel welding of large and small arm plates; adopt multiple welding methods to oid local overheating, streoncentration, and deformation. After welding is completed, the entire body is shot blasted to eliminate internal stress, grinding, painting, quality inspection, and storage.
