Where is your factory located, how can i visit there?
Our factory is located in Langfang town, Bazhou city, Hebei province, China. Just take one hour to our factory from Tianjin port, All of our clients, from domestic and aboard. Warmly to visit us.
Do you need sample fee?
For sample, we will charge 2 times price, and the freight will be paid by customers.But don"t worry, the sample fee will be returned back when customers place orders.
What is your lead time or delivery time?
The delivery time will be 25-30 days for 40HQ, 15-20 days for 20GP after receipt of the deposit and confirming all the detailed information.
What is your payment terms?
T/T 30% deposit in advance, 70% balance before container loading.
L/C at sight, Paypal, Western Union and so on.
How about the quality warranty? If receiving damaged goods, how can we do?
We he strict control of quality from material to shipment, use top grade CTN as our standard packing, surface will be wrapped by PE form or bubble wrap, if you find our products damaged in the container when receiving the goods, please take photos or video to show to us, we will find good solution ASAP. Free ones or compensation will be offered in next order.
