供应Which types of laser sensors are used in Lanpeng Measurement equipment?
Key words: Laser displacement sensor, laser distance sensor, two-dimensional laser measurement sensor, laser position sensitive sensor, Lanpeng laser probe
1. Laser displacement sensor
The laser triangulation method is adopted for measurement. During measurement, the laser emitted by the sensor illuminates the surface of the object being measured, and the camera system inside the sensor captures the image of the light spot on the surface of the object being measured. The distance from the sensor to the surface of the object being measured can be obtained by analyzing the position of the light spot on the CCD or CMOS chip of the camera system.
2. Laser distance sensor
Phase measurement is adopted. By using the frequency of the radio band, the amplitude of the laser beam is modulated and the phase delay produced by the modulated light treling back and forth to the measurement line once is measured. Then, based on the welength of the modulated light, the distance represented by this phase delay is converted.
3. Two-dimensional laser measurement sensor
The laser triangulation method is adopted for measurement. During measurement, the sensor emits a linear laser beam to illuminate the surface of the object being measured, and the camera system inside the sensor captures the image of the linear light spot on the surface of the object being measured. By analyzing the position of the light spot on the CCD or CMOS chip of the camera system, the X-axis and Z-axis coordinate dimensions of the linear light spot can be obtained.
4. Laser position-sensitive sensor
The position of the laser energy center is measured by using a PSD chip. PSD is a junction optoelectronic device that can determine the position of the light energy center and is made by ion implantation technology. This sensor has a high measurement accuracy, with the highest one-dimensional accuracy reaching 0.2 μ m. In addition, there are no quadrant dividing lines on the photosensitive surface of the chip, eliminating the measurement dead zone and allowing for continuous measurement of the spot position.
5. Lanpeng laser probe
The laser probe independently developed by Lanpeng is equipped with a built-in point laser. It is driven by a high-speed motor to rotate a prism, scanning the object to be measured in the measurement area. The object is then received by a photoelectric receiver at the rear end to calculate its size
