[Fan Muffler] Product Introduction
Fan silencer (fan silencer) is a noise reduction device used to control the aerodynamic noise generated by the fan on the environment. Used for noise reduction in the inlet and outlet ducts of various types of fans, blowers, centrifugal and axial fans. The muffler series products are impedance acoustic flow type. Based on the spectral characteristics obtained from actual testing of noise sources at various wind turbine operation sites in power plants, the main basis for designing sound-absorbing sheet structures and fluid channels is to determine the required amount of noise reduction in which spectral ranges. At the same time, narrow rectangular channels with large material finishes are used to enhance absorption efficiency.
Manufacturing process of fan muffler
1. This equipment is a silencer for the inlet and outlet of the fan, using a resistant sheet structure silencer. This equipment is designed, produced, and accepted in accordance with the "GB1234-8 Industrial Enterprise Boundary Noise Emission Standard".
2. Necessary measures should be taken during welding to prevent deformation and ensure the flatness and angle of the four walls.
3. The distance between the straight sound-absorbing plates is uniform and consistent, and the hole spacing is even when drilling, with no burrs on both ends.
4. The sound-absorbing filler should be selected strictly according to the requirements, and the installation density should meet the requirements of the drawings.
5. The docking flange should be flat, smooth, and polished around without burrs or cutting defects.
6. The connection between the muffler and the fan duct is a flange connection. (Equipped with reverse flange and fasteners)
7. The dust content of the gas passing through the muffler should be low at 150mg/m ³, and no water mist or corrosive gas is allowed to pass through. The gas temperature should not exceed 300 ℃.
Installation requirements for fan muffler
The installation direction of the muffler must be correct, and the flange connection with the air duct or pipe fittings should be ensured to be tight and firm.
After the installation of the muffler, it can be inspected by pulling or hanging wires, and any that do not meet the requirements should be repaired.
After the muffler is installed in place, management should be strengthened and protective measures should be taken. It is strictly prohibited to fix other supports and hangers on the muffler flange and supports and hangers.
4. Mufflers, soundproof elbows, etc. should be installed with separate supports and hangers to prevent the air duct from bearing their weight. The supports and hangers should be selected according to the model, specifications, and structural conditions of the building, and in accordance with national standards or design drawings.
Before installation, the muffler should be checked for the correct position of fixed parts such as supports and hangers, and whether the embedded parts or expansion bolts are installed firmly and reliably. Supports and hangers must ensure the load they bear.
The model and size of the muffler must meet the design requirements and indicate the direction of airflow.
