The ZG06-D/SG series online dynamic meter linearity measuring instrument is an online inspection equipment widely used in steel mills. It comprehensively measures the linearity of each meter of long materials as well as the head, tail, and overall linearity dimensions, taking into account the detection of external diameter, ellipticity, and other dimensions. It is suitable for harsh working conditions and can operate normally in dusty, high-temperature, and oxide scale environments. It comes with its own air source and does not require factory-supplied compressed air or clean air sources. It can detect both cold and hot states.
The online meter straightness measuring instrument is equipped with three sets of object-side telecentric photoelectric sensors to simultaneously obtain the coordinate positions of three points of the measured object, and to measure the meter straightness deviation of the measured object in real time.
The measuring instrument is divided into three groups of acquisition modules: front, middle, and rear. It strictly realizes synchronous measurement and can arrange the spacing of the acquisition modules according to specific requirements. The acquisition modules are integrated in a base through casting, with a stable structure and convenient positioning.
