Optional:

- Up to 15 containers are ailable in the same location and can be offered upon request.

2. Quality and analysis

Material: ore containing platinum metals / polymetallic concentrate.
The final content of metals (including iridium and associated elements) is determined by the results of an independent analysis (SGS, Bureau Veritas, Intertek) upon the parties" agreement.

3. Price

The price is calculated based on the results of the analysis and taking into account the current iridium standard LPPM. The discount structure is agreed upon by the parties to ensure mutual profitability.

4. Inspection and transparency

We support independent inspection and offer flexible conditions:

- Inspection can be arranged by the seller at our expense or appointed by the buyer.
- Full access to the material, sampling process, and documentation is provided to ensure transparency.

5. Procedure

- The buyer confirms their interest and acceptance of the SCO.
- The parties agree on the inspection body (SGS/BV/Intertek).
- Sampling and analysis are conducted.
- The final price is calculated based on the analysis results.
- The transaction is carried out on mutually agreed commercial terms.

6. Long-term cooperation

This offer for 100 tons is the first transaction to establish trust and verify operational processes. We are interested in a long-term partnership with monthly deliveries of high-quality material that ensures sustainable profitability for both parties.

7. Confirmation

Material is physically ailable, under control and ready for inspection at the port of Constanţa.
