The box-type tempering furnace is a national standard type of periodic operation box-type furnace. It is equipped with a hot air internal circulation fan on the furnace top and is mainly used for tempering heat treatment of alloy steel products and various metal parts, as well as heat treatment of light alloys such as aluminum alloys and copper materials, including solution treatment, annealing, and aging.
Main Features of the Box tempering Furnace Structure
1. The outer shell of the box-type tempering furnace is made of Q235 steel plate, and the inner lining is made of 3mm perforated stainless steel sheet. The furnace chamber is movable for easy maintenance and removal as a whole.
2. The temperature control system uses Xiamen Yudian Instruments, with one main controller and one monitoring system. It uses a power controller, and other electrical components are from Chint or Schneider Electric. It includes functions such as heat preservation timing and over-temperature alarm. The temperature control system has two points of control, which mutually inhibit each other during heat preservation and tempering, effectively preventing over-temperature and temperature difference phenomena, resulting in a more uniform temperature throughout the furnace chamber. A recorder and four-point temperature measuring instruments are installed. The ammeter is digitally displayed for easy and clear reading.
3. The furnace door is a top-opening door that fits tightly against the furnace body surface to ensure uniform air circulation within the chamber. 4. Equipped with a powerful, air-cooled centrifugal fan, ensuring more uniform temperature within the chamber. The fan features an extended shaft, and both the impeller and shaft are made of 304S stainless steel. The impeller diameter is 650mm.
5. The heating element device uses spiral heating wires arranged in layers for easy disassembly and maintenance. The heating wires are positioned at the top, bottom, left, right, and near the furnace door to guarantee uniform temperature within the furnace.
