The automatic shifting of the transmission is completed by the coordinated action of multiple clutches and brakes, and the action of the clutches and brakes is controlled by the pressure of the main oil passage. The level of oil pressure determines the quality of automatic shifting of the transmission. The function of the oil pressure sensor is to transmit the pressure signal of the main oil passage to the transmission ECU. After receiving this pressure signal, the ECU corrects the pressure of the main oil passage through the pressure regulating solenoid valve, thereby determining the pressure level of the main oil passage.

PAT01A adopts a high stability, low-temperature drift integrated piezoresistive ceramic pressure sensor and an international automotive grade, digital dedicated ASIC signal conditioning chip. The signal conditioning circuit adopts reliable redundancy design and thermal design; Structurally, reliability design techniques are adopted, such as stainless steel casing, FPC connection, card type precision installation technology, and the use of internationally advanced special rubber sealing rings that are resistant to high and low temperatures, flame retardancy, oil resistance, and chemical corrosion, to ensure the reliable operation of sensors in harsh automotive environments.

PAT01A adopts a three core self-locking sealed automotive special connector and a mechanical threaded interface matched with the automotive transmission to ensure the reliability of electrical and mechanical connections. Due to the excellent electrical connection between PAT01A and the automotive ECU, accurate and reliable transmission hydraulic oil pressure signals are important data to ensure reliable and accurate operation of the transmission.
